REBUILD QUILT VEST – black dyed
インドで長い時間をかけて使われてきた、ヴィンテージのキルト素材を用いて仕立てたベスト。
素材は黒染めを施し、もともとの色彩のトーンを落とすことで、落ち着いた表情へと整えています。
手仕事ならではの不均一なステッチや、重なり合う色の痕跡が静かな奥行きを生み、
程よいハリと厚みが全体に上質な印象を与えます。
民族的な文脈を強調するのではなく、

袖ぐりはやや深めに設定しており、

A vest crafted from vintage quilt textiles that have been used over long periods of time in India.
The fabric has been overdyed in black, toning down the original colors to create a calm, subdued appearance.
Irregular hand stitching and layered traces of color add quiet depth,
while the fabric’s moderate firmness and thickness give the piece a refined, substantial feel.
Rather than emphasizing its ethnic origins,
the garment has been reconstructed with a structure that naturally fits into a contemporary wardrobe.
